It's someone representing RCA Music. Actually in this sense, this is a wiser move because the profile isn't dependent upon "A" person, in case that person leaves, someone else can fill in the role of using that account from RCA. What I'm getting at here, is - in the example of Britney Spears, she's hiring someone to "act as her" on social media sites. Being her ghost writer. That's walking a seriously dangerous line and setting one's self up for a fiasco. It'd be better to have that person as "Britney's Team" or "Britney's Manager" or "Head of Britney Fan Club"... therefore anything this person does or says while taking care of Britney's profiles, can't come back to create her havoc (well not more then she creates herself).
