Jozef, you're right that the local results seem to fall short.

I think it may've been Greg Sterling that whispered to us that it appeared Microsoft had done little more on the local front than virtually clone the Google 10-pack in the blended results display.

I've been testing Bing for the past couple days. While I'm not a big fan of Microsoft, I try to keep an open mind.

While I do not notice a big difference in the quality of search results; I do like how the results are laid out.

Sounds like you guys are getting the red carpet up there! To be honest..though it is far better in design than the preceding Microsoft Search Engine...it is still lacking in the local search department. The Local "results" are neither as aesthetically appealing or the functionality that Google has in it's corner. Throw in Google's new Dashboard for Local Listings (conveniently timed release date?) and you still have Google coming out on top without major concern for this new Engine. I definately agree that this will increase Microsoft's percentage portion of Search Engine Traffic though I have to consider that this could be a temporary increase that will inevitably decrease over time after the "hype" is up. Have fun up there Chris!
