I should be thankful for this informative site. I started my adCenter ads a 2 weeks ago and was wondering where the Impressions came from. I tried to use the keywords in Bing and Yahoo and I cannot find my ads that are active for days already. I started to search for the affiliates sites of MS and I found out that the surfcanyon.com was able to display my ads using the keywords.

I would like to know why my ads are not displaying in Bing or Yahoo using my keywords?

AFAIK, Microsoft does not publish a list of partners, and in any case such a list would quickly become stale.

adCenter's "Publisher Performance Report" (from the Reports Tab) includes the "Website URL" where your ads are displayed. Agregate data from multiple campaigns/multiple time-frames and you can begin to get an idea where your ads are being displayed.

Use of Search Partners is not optional, and one cannot opt out of specific sites for Search (though you can for the adCenter Content Network ad display). Be glad that the quality of the sites utilized appear to be of very high caliber.
